2. Apps developed by Sportmanager ApS

This privacy policy also applies to the mobile apps for which Sportmanager ApS (CVR 42667722, Denmark) is the data controller, developed in collaboration with Optify ApS as the technical developer. The apps are distributed via Google Play and the App Store:

• Roskilde FC – official club app for Roskilde FC • Odense Golfklub – official club app for Odense Golfklub • Bakken Bears – official club app for Bakken Bears

The apps are developed by Optify ApS in collaboration with Sportmanager ApS and published on behalf of the respective clubs. Sportmanager ApS is the legal entity and data controller listed in Google Play and App Store.

Data collected in the apps: When you use one of our apps, we may process your name, email, phone number, club membership, login credentials, ticket and membership purchases, push notification tokens, and technical data (device type, OS version, anonymous app analytics).

Data sharing: App data is shared only with the club the app belongs to and with required sub-processors (hosting, push notifications, payment provider). Data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Account and data deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing kim@sportmanager.dk. Deletion is completed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

Children: Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. What personal data do we collect?

We only collect information necessary to deliver our service:

• Name, email, phone number and club name when booking a demo • Contact information when you reach out via contact forms • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and operating system when visiting our website

4. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries and book demos • To deliver and improve our platform and apps • To comply with legal obligations

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – when you submit a form • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – for operating and improving our website • Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – when you are a customer

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Demo requests are deleted after 12 months unless a customer relationship is established.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies to ensure website functionality, including:
