Enter your club's name and your email, and we will set up a demo club you can try with your own sponsors. No commitment, no card.

We'll write to this address when your club is ready.

We only use the information to set up the club and contact you about it.

How it works

  1. Create the club

    Name, sport and your email. You get access to the club within one business day.

  2. Add your sponsors

    Import from your spreadsheet or type them in. Agreements and expiry dates are gathered in one place.

  3. Try it out

    Follow-up, agreements and overview with your own data – at your own pace.

  4. Choose a plan when you are ready

    Continue with Starter, Basic or Special. Your data comes with you.

Questions about getting set up

Does it cost anything?

No. Creating the club and the demo club are free. You only pay once you choose a plan.

What happens to our data?

Your data sits in your own club in Sportmanager and is only visible to you. If you decide not to continue, we delete the club again.

Can more people in the club get access?

Yes. Once the club is created, you invite the treasurer, the chair and others directly from the system.
