Features
Deliver what the sponsor bought – and show it
Every right in an agreement automatically becomes a deliverable to carry out and document. So you know the sign was up, the post went out and the announcer said the name – and the sponsor can see it.
Sound familiar?
- The deliverables live in the sponsorship manager's head
- Posts and PA announcements are forgotten on busy match days
- At renegotiation, no one knows what the sponsor actually got
- The sponsor asks – and the club searches for photos on a phone
From agreement to completed deliverable
When an agreement is approved, Sportmanager creates the deliverables based on what the sponsor bought. You place them on specific matches – screen advertising at one, a skybox at another.
When something is delivered, you take a photo and mark it done. The history is saved on the sponsor.
